It’s funny to think I’ve been drawing Badger for about 13 years, with the very first book coming out in 2007 before I really realised it was a book I was making! He’s wandered around in London, he’s been a lost Borsuk in Poland and he’s had some wonderful days out on the Isle of Wight.
And, of course, now the story is of Badger & Vole! It’s been a couple of years since the last book, which was delightfully received – and I still believe that stories where nothing happens are just fine when the world can be quite dramatic enough without adding anything to it!
Now, I’m making a new Badger & Vole story with the kind support of folk over on Patreon, and you’re very welcome to join me for that so you can see the progress on the new story! The plan is to release each chapter once it’s finished, then compile the whole story into a book format once it’s completed its meandering journey through a year.
